About Rebecca Davies
Rebecca is an experienced business woman, having run her own businesses for nine years and prior to that working for an FT 100 listed company.
Since 2006, she has been fascinated by NLP and the techniques or tools that it gives people for life. Over the past few years, Rebecca has helped people to release themselves from old unhelpful habits, negative “stuff” in their lives and finally get the control back into their lives that they really need.
Working both with individuals to help them lose weight, quit smoking, clear phobias, stop panic attacks and release them from negative habits, Rebecca also works with corporates to enable indivudals to be the absolute best they can be in the work place and in their personal lives.
Don’t just take her word for it though, read the following testamonial:
“I’d been feeling unable to cope with the after-effects of an emotional trauma that occurred several years back. The memory of it, and the subsequent emotions surrounding it, were beginning to consume my daily thoughts and disturbing my sleep. Try as I might to suppress or ignore these emotions, I felt I had no control over them. Consequently, I was spending far too much of my time crying (!) and I was feeling very low. These repetitive negative thoughts and emotions were beginning to interfere with my life, and I felt myself withdrawing from people. Yet I had a clear understanding of what was making me unhappy and I wanted to ‘be happier’. I just had no idea how to achieve this. Despite my desire to change the way I was thinking, I was sceptical about any kind of talking therapy and very reluctant to engage. But I’m glad I did.
After what can only be described as a brief, very informal conversation with Rebecca, I was barely aware that anything significant had taken place. Aside from some visualisation, the ‘therapy’ hardly registered on a conscious level. Yet within days, I realised I was no longer ruminating over past experiences. It felt like those negative thoughts had been boxed away for good. I was happier, and more importantly, I felt more in control of my thinking.
I’m not entirely sure what happened during that conversation but retrospectively, it’s almost as if my brain switched from being in reverse to moving forward. In the following weeks, I became more decisive and focused. I took on some studies, saw more of my friends and started enjoying life more.
Some 12 months on, I am still no longer plagued by those negative emotions and memories. NLP worked for me, despite my initial scepticism, and I believe it has made a tremendously positive impact on my life. To this day, I still find it astonishing how effective that conversation was.
I can’t thank Rebecca enough. I think she has a real gift for helping others help themselves, and I wish her all the very best in her endeavours. “
